Weekdays, mid-week, mid morning to early afternoons. As much advance notice as possible. That said, even then sometimes my schedule won't mesh. I hope that helps

^^^^ This is pretty much the case for me anywhere I go (even when I'm "at home" in my base area) ..... however the only time I had a fairly busy weekend was somewhere else (Omaha NE).
Thursdays are still generally pretty good but Fridays can be iffy.

That being said, if it were me, I'd set up a trip using when I wanted to be there and when I wanted to do business, and where. You can't please everyone, especially not this group. What fucked set of circumstances would do that? Can't do it, please yourself and if you take a small loss fuck it, don't go back.
