When you walk into a shrink's office, you've given the 1 hour that you pay for and nothing more. Any other profession where you pay by the hour/2 hours/whatever, do you expect them to give you more time for free? My massage therapist doesn't give me extra time, she wraps up at the hour and that's it.

I have great clients who respect my time and most importantly, respect me. Which in turn makes it easy for me to respect them and give them extras in the long run.

Everyone has a different opinion of what a clock watcher is, just like everyone has a different opinion of what PSE truly is. But, then again you didn't give your opinion as to what a clock watcher. So, I'm going to assume that you mean ladies who are constantly watching the clock. In that case, you won't have repeat clients, only new ones who don't know any better.

1. Elena said before, you are booking me by the hour. A little extra is fine but don't take advantage.

2. I would argue with the premise that "clockwatching" leads to bad clients. I would make the argument that bad clients lead to clockwatching.

You just need an application for your iphone or droid that goes off with "YOUR TIME IS UP MUTHERFUCKER, NUT ALREADY AND GET THE HELL OUT".....that should solve the problem quite nicely.

I guess it depends on her clients. I tried to schedule enough time to not have that sort of problem (2+ hours). The only time I ever ran over was a 2 hour appointment that I didn't realize had run over. However, right after she left, I realized I had run around 30 minutes overtime and I immediately called her and made arrangements to get money to her to cover another hour. Had she set an alarm and left on time, she'd have been out the money for another hour and I would have been less satisfied with the session. I guess it's a judgment call that requires a little intuition on how to best handle the session.

If your nice and attentive I've found that the clock is not an issue. Providers like to have fun. They like to be treated well. Don't try get away with extra time. I really havn't found a provider that hates orgasms yet. Relax and have fun and the rest will take care of itself
