So we have still photos of someone who looks like the victim (who is huge) robbing someone by grabbing them by the neck. We also have photos of the victim flashing gang signs. Like Trayvon Martin this changes the narrative considerably. We still don't know who did what or why but the story is more complete. Don Lemon of CNN admitted that they had heard of or had seen the photos but they didn't advance the story that CNN wanted to tell.

This sure makes the police officers version of events look more likely, at least the earlier part.

That said, if the officer shot him in the back or when the kids hands were up....then there is no excuse for that. Thank God it ain't some Zimmerman like wanna be Cop.

I just read the latest on MSN, the Policehave identified the shooting victim by way of video cameras as the two bit thug punk who strong armed an elderly store manager, all for a box of smokes.

Didn't we hear testimony in the Zimmerman trial about one of the rights of passage in the Black Community among young black men is to do "beat downs" on citizens.

This young, clean cut 18 year old who was "off to college" will turn out to be another two bit thug punk who finally did his " beat down" on the wrong person, an armed cop.

the way I see it is there are two different problems.

one the kid in the video needed an ass whipping

two he got a bullet whipping.

that nay be considered excessive.

if a video shows up with him running from the cop and the cop shooting that will not bode well for the cop.

if it shows him advancing on the cop and the cop shooting him , then rioters go the fuck home.

my guess is there is no video and we will be bantering this matter around come grand jury time.

Forensics will show a shot was fired inside the police car, and that he cop took a heck of a beating. Most of that has already been confirmed.

Maybe we need all of our Police Officers to be 6'4" tall, and 250+. That way they can defend themselves against young, but very large, punks who go after them.

That may very well be but if it shows he was shot in the back while running away or shot after he quit running and surrendered , then the Cop went from arresting officer to Judge, Jury and Hangman. Not sure if we want Cops to be all three unless they feel their life is under immediate threat.
