I think you vastly underestimate what is not only possible, but likely. I have a friend who worked as an escort for about 10 years. She was quite selective, kept good records, and a time after she retired we were talking. this kind of topic came up and she said her records showed less than 100 different clients in 10+ years. Add in BFs, occasional lovers, one night civie stands, etc., she estimated still well under 200 different people.
