Yeah I'll try Lulus whenever I get a craving for it again. Before Charlie's , I hadn't had Chicken Fried steak since 2007. Back Then I had it from Grady's BBQ. Even it was better lol

Wow. That bad. Never had Grady's chicken fried steak. But I like their burgers there. Like you I have to crave a chicken fried steak. Usually every other month. I prefer my favorite place J. Alexander's or Stonewerks is good. I would choose those 2 over anything. Just gets expensive if you eat at those places a lot. Ha

At LuLu's they serve one covered in a cheese sauce instead of gravey. It is awsome, just be prepared to run a few extra miles afterwards.

I would have to say Island Chuck's Bar and Grill...ie. Mine....Or maybe My Girl Bailey's kitchen ......but if I am going out for one then Tip Top, Bud Jones then Lulu's....

Ive eaten every time Ive visited at thatgirlBaileys and it was fukkin great.....oh wait we talking cfs here....nevermind...supossed to be a Mexican food place in Castroville that has an awesome cfs. Served on 2 plates. One for fries the other for cfs....I fear a road trip in the future
