JD your comparison is just as bad - there are some relief pitchers in Baseball who pitch max 3 innings and get paid more than pitchers who pitch 6 innings or more. There are some big salary players in MLB like Desiginated Hitters who just bat and don't field who get paid more than players who bat and play the field - the list goes on an on .
However, when I finished Pharmacu School - why would it be fair that a female who finished in my class get offered a lower deal than me - if we are on the same playing field - meaning neither one of us have an added amount of experience versus the other ?

I work in aircraft and the women on the manufacturing floor who hold the same job code make the same money as the men do, and the ones that sit in the a/c offices make the same if not more than there counterparts, the whole talking point is bullshit but the libs are wanting votes

Do you work for HR or do you have access to everyone's checks? Tell me how you know with 100% certainty that everyone makes the same based on their job code? The reality is- you have no freaking clue what everyone makes- you may have a idea of what everyone makes- but unless you are cutting the checks or work in HR- you have no unearthly idea- you just ASSume everything is fair.

During the SOTU when Obama announced that he would fight for equal pay for women- to a huge applause from the Dems- the Republicans were silent- even that orange faced buffoon Boehner was frozen in his seat.

next, they'll say how much to pay guys?
males/females arent the same. arent equal. If they were equal, why don't we hav seperate doctors/bathrooms?
I remember one summer, I worked at as a cashier at a national retailer
when things were slow, the guys were sent out to get carts, the women never had to.
why? well, we are bigger/stronger than most females.

BCPL- we are mainly talking about intellectual jobs- which don't necessary require manpower. How is a male doctor superior to a female doctor? How is a male teacher superior to a female teacher etc. We are not talking about a physical labor job- where production determines your pay or bonus- jobs that require intellect should not be based on gender. Your cashier analogy is a bad analogy- because you were getting paid as a cashier to work register and not to bring carts in- that's just a duty and of course any person would expect a man to be able to push more carts than a female- I be if your employer at that time wanted the store decorated he would probably call on the females before the males.
