The saving grace in this entire thread... i was going to pm you personally to ty 08cris but i didn't want to intrude and this statement in pertinent to this entire thread....

So im going to explain this once and anybody can take it how theyd like...

Ive been a member of here for over 5 years... if anyone remembers me years ago i was way bigger. This last year i lost alot of weight with constant dieting ( doesnt come naturally to me as it does some )
Ive been in Houston for a few weeks now.... and im not even going to lie... you guys have some aweeeeeesome food lol. Im usually here for a day or two so ill enduldge maybe once while im here. After pondering cris08 'comment i did dome research on some of my favorites as of late even the " healthy foods".... 1 thing was in common ... tons of salt...

Im not 250 lbs by any means but any idiot knows fat weights more than water weight. And it was gradual swelling EVERYWHERE so i didnt realize how swollen i looked .
I say this all bc i took your advice 08cris and have already lost 3 lbs since this thread started detoxifying myself.

It was never my intention to bait n switch anyone at all . And i truely apologize to the gent that felt that way. I would never intentionally do that to any of you guys.

I am in the process of cleansing my system and will update my pics
Accordingly. ( kind of figuring out how to take a better selfie and will to share to those that would like verification lol )


And for the record.... big or small ive still always went out of my way to provide great service... i do aplogize for my lapse in judgement and not recognizing the difference. All i can do is be more dilligent about my day to day choices and not lapse.
