Justified - Season 2

As much as I like Justified; I think the production quality is terrible. A lot of times I can tell that they are shooting scenes in California, not Kentucky. And the whole Harlan County Hillbilly setting is a poor imitation of the real McCoy.


I prefered the show "Terriers" which ran for a brief while on FX, but was cancelled in less than a season....love the opening song...

Whirlaway. Terriers had potential and I watched the entire run but they had to hurry up and close out the story lines when it was ending sooner than expected.

Wilfred is a copy of an Australian show so not sure if it will make it here.

I've seen crazier things happen but never would have crossed my mind they wouldn't be back for another season.

I may have to come home from some late night poker and fire up the DVR. Will be hard to wait and see this.

Because some may not see the episode until after the Mavs game, I won't put any spoilers but DAMN there were some fun parts tonight!

That one scene reminded me how nice some of our snipers are overseas and when they return, they sometimes find employment in law enforcement.....

well i love Justified but i was a little disappointed in the finale. last years finale was awesome and this years was a little less than stellar. i wonder what happens next season!

Agree that it was not as impressive as last year but they still had to wrap up some storylines while leading up to next season.

I'm glad Ava is not dead. I have a feeling they will be increasing her role a bit more next year after what happened to Mags.

How long till Dickie meets his maker?

I enjoyed the finale. I thought it was as strong as the finale in season one and I liked the way it ended...

Dickie meeting his maker... I guess he will be the main baddie in season 3 if he can consolidate the Bennet clan and take on Boyd Crowder head to head. Which will pretty much happen because they need some conflict to drive the story.

I guess the storyline remains true. Raylan is helped by Boyd. Criminal or not those two have an interesting bond. Curious if the storyline will cover Boyd giving up Dickie to Raylan then not getting the revenge to kill him.

Well, there's no shortage of baddies for next season that's for sure. Dickie, aka Kid Rock, Jr., is quite a piece of work. A very interesting character. Those of us from the sticks where the "alternative economy" is strong know Dickie.

I suspect that Raylan and Boyd won't reach a climax until the last episode of the series. Raylan and Boyd are the same personality, mirror images, if you will, different sides of the same coin, etc. etc. etc. They have a strong bond but their paths will eventually have to come into conflict. Now, THAT, will be a finale worth watching.

I don't see Dickie as being anything because he couldn't get guys to go with him against Boyd. His brother the sheriff and Mags could get people organized and now with them both dead, Boyd looks to have almost no competition in Harlan. They'll have to introduce more bad guys for there to be more struggles for Boyd and Ava.

If Winona and Raylan can get where they want to go, who knows what fun he might uncover. It will just depend on how big of a jump the writers decide to take with the series.

It WAS nice to see Art come through at the end.
