I can't believe anyone would pay $900 for a pair of shoes that they won't wear outside their house, but whatever.
All the RW ladies that I've been around who wear heels, wear them to church, dinners, charity events, concerts, etc... All of those places are real world places that have dirt, germs, and, yes, occasionally, dog shit. If you have fancy "indoor only" shoes, that's definitely different.
But I still probably couldn't get over my disgust that shoes are on the bed. It's simply a disgusting idea to me.

I wouldn't drive a Ferrari to the grocery store, either.
But seriously, it's two different comments. First, I don't wear my most expensive shoes in places where I am walking much more than from valet to inside.
And the second comment is that the shoes I wear in bed are ones that I buy to specifically wear to bed. Nice, but not necessarily Valentino's.
I own over 500 pairs of shoes and 200 pairs of boots. Why I buy shoes that never go outside or are obscenely overpriced is the least of my shoe issues, LOL.

I've come to the conclusion that it's provider logic, very similar to provider math. They can be real head scratchers at times

Hi! My name is Grace.
The name Grace was arrived at as a bit of a tongue-in-cheek joke.. because I am INCREDIBLY clumsy.
I'd be petrified to wear heels in bed. Who knows which one of us is going to end up having to go to the ER with injuries sustained from the heels??!?

700 pairs of shoes. Wow.
I think I have maybe a dozen...maybe. This includes some Tims that need to be re-glued.
I couldn’t imagine owning 50, let alone several hundred.

Honestly, I live in Houston...if I am going somewhere messy, I wear a pair of cowboy or riding boots. And no, I would NEVER wear those in bed. Have you been to Houston Rodeo, blech...

Shes on or off in bed are not an issue for me. On the other hand, boots should be worn in bed, especially if there's a pair of spurs on them.

I've always had over 300 pairs of shoes. Even back in college when I didn't know what a provider was... and shoes in bed or really expensive shoes is more a fetish than a matter of practicality.
And $900 shoes are on the low end of designer shoes...ijs If you wear those red soles on cement too much, they aren't red anymore...

All true!
A pair of Paul Parkman's, my favorite, can run upwards of $2,400. No, it makes no sense to wear them every day. Yes, it's a fetish/quirk to be drawn to them. But, hey, it is what it is.
Lady's boutique shoes, like Christian Louboutin, are $900 on the lower end; $2,000 for boots. Again, it's a fetish.
Red bottoms don't last long, especially if your lady wears them on concrete. If you want to buy her a pair, and keep her bottom(s) red, take them to Deno's in Dallas before she wears them. She'll thank you for it...maybe by allowing you to give her a red bottom of a different sort.
