Yeah, the New York legislature has approved abortion up to the due date. And god forbid the baby survives the abortion. You can still terminate the baby!!!! You don’t need a physician to perform abortions there!!! Why not just line the unwanted babies up in the nursery and shoot them.

NY law is clear - up to 24 weeks, absence of fetal viability, or to protect the health or life of the mother.

I am not taking a side on abortion law - other than it should be between a woman and her doctor.
