However, there is no jury "if". The jury doesn't get to pick the charges, they just get to rule on what's presented. Anything else, including bias, counts as jury misconduct and is a criminal offense.

Omission - I did not see in teh Tucker clip - exactly where chauvin's k nee was. Tucker's clip shows teh prequel - a person in distress - and shortness of breath is a sign of fentanyl overdose. a frame by frame exam of eh clip with Floyd on teh ground would be contributory to understanding what really occurred - less the opinions of those who deny Chauvin's Right to a fair trial of a jury of peers.

I would like to see that complete clip of video.
O/W - floyd clearly has 3 times the lethal amount of fentanyl in his system - one of teh most potent anesthesia drugs used and dangerous - even through skin absorption.

as many LSM provocative stories - this has elements of reality - v much propaganda.

and - jurors justifiably do not want to face the wrath of the OBLM and DPST vicious rioting mobs for anything less than taking Chauvin to a tree and slowly hanging him.

An example of perseveration is someone sandpapering a table until they go through the wood, or a person who continues talking about a topic even when the conversation has moved on to other things.

Once the jury sees the beginning of the altercation( where Floyd did not want to get in the car) plus his blood results - I think they will go to murder 3. Chauvin was going to plead 3rd degree with a 10 year sentence but the prosecutors said no at the time.

When the defense told the judge that they were going to use the blood results of Floyd in court, his sister walked out. She had to take a breath because she said all of that was not relevant

Some of these people are in for a surprise.
