The data (mostly from DHS/ICE own records.
No Convictions: As of November 2025, approximately 73.6% of all ICE detainees nationwide had no criminal convictions.
Non-Violent Records: Among the remaining population with convictions, about 53% fell into three main non-violent categories: traffic, immigration, or "vice" (minor non-violent) crimes.
Violent Convictions: Only about 5% to 8% of the total national ICE detention population has been convicted of a violent crime.

Yes, get the real criminals (those with violent crime charges/convictions) out. But it seems HS/ICE are batting only about .250 on that task.
And HOW MANY of those detained have Deportation Orders ALREADY??

... I didn't see THAT mentioned by you.

And is there a reason you didn't mention the detainees who
have gang-related ties?? ... Or those who have Sexual Assault
or sex crime charges??

... Crikey! ... Didn't see THOSE stats mentioned either.

In the words of Trump, Noem, Miller etc. "the worst of the worst"

I think you'll find that 'violent crimes' include sex crimes.

Go find those stats and post them. I'll wait.

... Let's not get silly here, mate. ... I asked YOU for those.
Because YOU failed to mention them.

... Now, are you gonna show those statistics , or is this
just another liberal game of selective showings?

... And how ARE the mass deportation efforts going?
No doubt they WILL continue...

Is that because you cannot find them?

48,377 out of 65,735—or 73.6% held in ICE detention have no criminal conviction according to data current as of November 30, 2025

Quote:

Seems data is somewhat cloudy on the subject as ICE does not break those out, but rather lumps them into the 'other immigration violators'

As of late 2025, approximately 43% of the detained population were classified as "other immigration violators," individuals who have committed immigration-related violations but have no known criminal convictions or pending criminal charges in ICE systems at the time of enforcement...meaning less than 43% have existing orders of removal

includes
Visa Overstays: Remaining in the U.S. after an authorized period of stay has expired.
Unlawful Presence: Being in the country without proper documentation or legal status.
Final Orders of Removal: Failing to depart the U.S. after receiving a judge's order to leave.
Immigration Fugitives: Individuals who have failed to report to a deportation officer as required.
Recent Unlawful Entry: Individuals apprehended shortly after crossing the border without authorization

BTW Salty,
In light of both Melania and Baron Trump holding dual citizenship, What do you think about Republican Sen. Bernie Moreno of Ohio's "Exclusive Citizenship Act of 2025," bill and comments

Fine! Thugs in masks dragging, beating, manhandling and even shooting law abiding people in the street, the workplace and in their homes.

Yeh, that’s the America we know and love, eh, Salty?

Don't get salty, NaCl-y. You have *MANY* instances of failing to mention stuff. And refusing to answer directed questions to cement your POV with salient facts. Yet you won't and than like a good little maggie, you demand others to do such.

Come on, y'all better than this.

Seems brown shirts are being replaced with green. And car windows for shop. When will our Kristallnacht moment occur?

It would seem that the questionable tactics of the administration has stemmed new immigrants to the country, both legal and illegal. We have thrown out the proverbial baby and that the really shitty optics of an overly aggressive and callous ICE will prevent a lot of the valuable immigration that America has experienced; lost until a sensible approach is adopted.

There are already labor shortages in industries reliant on recent immigrants and that will put pressures on inflation. Prepare for more command economy dictates from the orange turd.

Wonder how bad the stench will be from the San Joaquin valley will be this year from rotting produce? And what excuse will the melange blob have for cost of produce? Especially that from south of the border with tariffs.
