Are you kidding.
These Judges are ate up with Trump Derangement Syndrome to the extent that they think they can dictate what executive powers the President can use.
SCOTUS will tell them to cease this activity because it is not part of the Constitutional Duties of the Judges.

apparently you skipped English. unelected judges aren't elected. that's a double negative.

Time moves excruciatingly slow compared with Trump’s march to the sea… err, prison!
He’ll be fighting these lawsuits long after he’s out of office.
And we’ll be suffering while he continues trying to fuck the world with a mushroom cap.

Federal Judges aren't elected. which is why they can be removed by Congress.

It’s the job of the court to determine the constitutionality of the law as well as to provide relief and remedies to those who are damaged by the President breaking the law.
If you don’t agree then have congress change the law or move somewhere where the executive has sole authority.

The Supreme Court can determine if any lower court has ruled correctly on a Executive Decision.

Jacky they can’t “tell them to stop” anything. They rule on the constitutionality of lawsuits brought in lower courts.
Jacky, you’re obsessed with the TACO authoritarian takeover of our courts and country. It’s not a good look, especially for a liberty loving patriot.
Everybody else is plumb ate up with TDS, right?

Well, hopefully the right thing is done. I won't argue about the legalities because I am not a lawyer. I just believe a stupid old man should not have free rein to ruin many small businesses with his wild ass whims that seem to change depending on his mood. That's not TDS as MAGA clowns call it, that's just common sense.
Many small businesses are taking a beating with these tariffs and his wishy-washy bullshit plan about them. In this great country, one person should not be able to dictate the livelihood of so many with absolute autonomy. Last time I checked, the constitution does not give that much power to anybody just because he has a sharpie and a signature.
Not my call, but hopefully the courts do what is right according to the law and they leave out politics for the people just trying to make a living on their own without having to become a greedy corporate bitch like me.

Hear hear!
Of course, reading through this thread, it seems that our local MAGA torchbearers are perfectly happy and feel empowered living under the stupidocracy they have created. The same stupidocracy you describe in your post LM.

I agree with the posters who think the United States Court of International Trade ruled correctly when they rendered the judgment that the president didn't have the authority to impose sweeping tariffs pursuant to the declaration of a "national emergency." Further, I believe that congress, not the executive branch, should set tariff policy. I'd love to hear someone articulate a coherent argument as to why granting untrammeled power to a president to dictate such policy is in any way a "conservative viewpoint."
Note that two of the three judges who ruled against Trump in the international trade court were nominated by Republican presidents (one by Reagan and the other by Trump himself). Maybe they were just trying to save Donald from his own ignorance and impetuousness!
In the same vein, here's conservative business journalist Charlie Gasparino's take on the issue:

Where did you see that?
Just putting quote marks around it doesn't make it sourced.
Otherwise you just "hearing things." Is this a quote from your political insiders?

Or perhaps theseJudges hate The President so much that they are willing to rule in favor of the rest of the World fucking the United States on trade equity rather than letting President Trump get better trade deals.
After all, the vast majority of the Left are so ate up with TDS that they would would rather have seen a corpse or a cackling idiot be President rather than President Trump.

No, NOT perhaps.
These judges were Republicans, one a Trump appointee. The judiciary doesn't give a shit about America's trade deals. They are there to ensure America adheres to its own rule of law. Your suggestion that judges are somehow against America and want to prevent the Scheissfuhrer from making big beautiful trade deals is just, well ... telling.
The American public doesn't trust Trump to fix nothin, as the polls reveal.
He's a fucking criminal and should be behind bars.

For the purpose of this thread topic though, the only poll that matters is what the judges decide after they fight it out in court to decide dumb dumb's level of authority with his duck duck goose tariff games.

President Donald Trump's approval rating has fallen to a new low, according to the nation's most accurate pollster.
The latest AtlasIntel survey, conducted between May 21-27 among 3,469 adults, shows that Trump's approval rating has fallen to 45 percent, while 54 percent disapprove.
That is the lowest rating of his second term so far. In previous AtlasIntel polls, his approval ranged between 46 and 50 percent, while his disapproval ranged between 49 and 52 percent.
The poll had a margin of error of +/- 2 percentage points.
Why It Matters
AtlasIntel was ranked the most accurate polling company of the 2024 election by survey veteran Nate Silver and was previously named the most accurate pollster of the 2020 election by 538.

It’s amazing the things that President Trump accomplishes when 92% of the Media coverage of his first 100 days was negative.
This in contrast to the Media giving a walking corpse over a 50% positive coverage for the same period.
But it seems the voting public is catching on. They know the Media simply lies. They know that the Main Stream Media is nothing more than a mouth piece for the Left.
They also know that President Trump puts America, especially it’s working people, first.
