" Listen - those Delta Force and Night Stalker Special Op guys performed splendidly. They went into a well-guarded fortress in Caracas and plucked Maduro and his wife out while suffering zero US casualties."
That was a huge accomplishment credit where credit is due. People regardless of their political leanings should be like holy shit well done, vs oh we went up against a JV squad. Like what lol? From my understanding it was a few dudes in helis who went in after precision strikes by the Navy and Air Force, flew in at night grabbed Maduro and his wife as they were trying to enter a bunker, a few US soldiers got hit but evecuated out ASAP. And some true killers jumped on the helis waiting for their return and objective on board go go go pilots let's get outta here
That's absolutely amazing work done by the best of the best.

Here's the way it works: Oil companies go in and try to negotiate a deal with the host government. They compete with other international oil majors for concessions to develop a nation's oilfields. Once the fields are up & running, the bulk (over 90%) of the proceeds from selling the oil on world markets goes to the host country.
The US spent a lot of blood and treasure in Iraq, and what did we get for it? You may be surprised (and annoyed) to learn this, but today our naval forces protect Persian Gulf oil shipping lanes in part so China can safely haul away Iraqi oil!
Per the New York Times:
https://www.nytimes.com/2013/06/03/w...-oil-boom.html
Before Hugo Chavez took over in 1999, the country was producing up to 3.5 million bpd. Today it's down to around 900k bpd. That's just one example of what 36 years of Socialist mismanagement and incompetence have delivered for the people of Venezuela.

Where have US oil companies developed the petroleum infrastructure of another nation? That was the question.
Or did you not read the post properly?
I'm guessing the latter.

I’m glad you asked

Yes, the U.S. has developed oil refineries in other countries, often to optimize production and meet local demand. This strategy helps maintain energy security and supports economic ties with those nations.

All the moronic fat fuck does is lie. His dipshit voters are obviously cool with him being a pathological liar, but the overwhelming majority of Americans are not.
The overwhelming majority of Americans would much rather have affordable healthcare instead of a war in Venezuela.
This is not going to end well for the moronic fat fuck.

JUST IN: ACTUAL Venezuelans have now shown up in Times Square to confront the large group of communist protestors (who would NEVER last a week under real communism)
“Thank you Mr. Presidente Donald Trump!” 🇺🇸

No, I read your post #35 correctly. You claimed Stephen Miller said the "oil is ours because American companies developed it". You implied he meant we own it 100% and are entitled to go in and take it without properly compensating Venezuela. You also called Trump a thief.
I explained how silly this is. I tried to educate you in how the oil industry actually works. Once the political situation stabilizes, Citgo and others will go in and help Venezuela get its production back up to 2-3 million barrels per day. Nearly all of the money earned from this increased output will go straight into the coffers of the new Government in Caracas. Trump will show you how to Make Venezuela Great Again.

The Trump administration has thrown out 75 years of the rule of law and world order and moved us back to the days when governments would create spheres of colonialist power.
I fear that this new foreign policy of the Trump administration will lead to more armed conflict not less.

No.
All I’ve seen are Venezuelans celebrating in the streets, and interviews of their people declaring liberation and freedom.
And you complain about the US “overthrowing” their oppressive government as if it is a bad thing. Who was going to do it, or should the people of Venezuela be forced to live that way? Maduro already disregarded the last election results and stayed in power.
Yet you are a liberal, you vote Democrat, and by default support changing the west and moving away from capitalism.
Why do you support overthrowing US norms, government, and philosophy but act as if what happened to a dictator, and narcoterrorist is bad and wrong?
It’s a hypocritical stance at a minimum.
