I would say your breakdown of the individual conditions would also be more a matter of opinion..... than actual fact.

One of the keys to getting away with BBBJ and CIM is hydrogen peroxide. A 1 part mix with 1 part water (50/50 mix, that is) after each encounter should do the trick.
