Let's face it, if you ask anyone here no one will admit they don't bother testing, or seeing gynecologists. Everyone is going to say they get tested regularly. At least OP idea of posting test results and updating them every 3-6months prove we do get tested. To be honest, if that was a thing and guys get tested too, I'd see the ones that get tested. Sure, there is still a risk but this is a great idea. Many people have std's and they don't know because they don't get tested and they have no symptoms externally.
