The one provider that I'm friends with, to whom which we have each other's personal numbers, to whom truly I do get excited and in my feelings sometimes when she's thoughtful - she later told me it was insulting that I put a donation on the table when we finally met up after months of chit chat.
She's since turned down every financial proposition I've made to fuck her cause she is smoking hot. I've even offered per her website the standard "fly me to your city" package rate to her and she still just keeps quiet. However, our friendship still runs strong as hell.
I'm that much of a hell of a human being and friend to her that she feels the awkward lines crossed by p4p isn't worth it.
