I'd say no since everyone should be going in having the notion and agreement of donating for time. Donations, in theory, should never be discussed nor mentioned. No matter what happens bcd, it is irrelevant, to a point (see below). Now if the lady is not compensated for her agreed amount of time (sex does not even have to be part of it, could be anything), then it's theft.

Now if the provider strictly asks for X amount for X service, we have other issues at hand I think.

In either case, if a gent goes outside the boundaries of the provider and forces himself onto a lady after she declines to see him, or declines a certain activity, then it could be rape whether a donation is left or not. Just my thoughts, but who knows.

Not rape if they had consensual sex first. If he doesnt pay after he broke a verbal agreement to pay. But the contract wont be enforced by a court. So no crime is comitted. It would be a civil matter not a criminal case.

Addressing the question in the poll, No, it is not rape.

Rape is when you force sex on someone else.
Theft of services, is when you sleep with someone, and don't compensate them after you agreed to.

Thankfully, providers have figured out to get paid first and that solves most of the not getting paid issue (aside from the guys who are willing to hit them to get the money back- but other than real screening with real names I don't see a way around that).

I think when it happens to a lady you can feel raped or robbed.
You feel taken advantage of and well if you didn't get the donation up
front and he left you may even feel a little stupid. (IMO)

And thankfully some of us hobbyists have learned to pay AFTER so we don't become victims of the "I don't do that and you are paying me for my time" bullshit. Or the I need to give the money to my driver BS. Or the I need to go get covers. Or the phone call that requires you to leave the room. Or the opps I just started my period. And it eliminates the "well that will be extra" crapolla!
