Yes, Scottish Inns are pretty easy going. But also depends on which PI you go to. Not all of the PI's are this tough. I have a few that are pretty cool, don't ask any questions and are cool with the 2 hours. It's only like $30 for 2 hours.

You are correct that at under 21 years, you can have an almost impossible time booking a 3 to 4 star hotel, most of whom will not book unless you are 21 ... Kind of crazy when you think about it ...
