Yes, I am a transplant, but I can read the title of a map which states it represents "Historic Districts" and then look at EVERY OTHER MAP OF AUSTIN DISTRICTS and see that the historic Clarksville area is but a subset of Clarksville. This is not MY opinion only, but the opinion of EVERYONE I find other than LL.
