Evan McMullin would be floated, but most likely Gary Johnson would switch parties. He's been a Republican for most of his career anyway, and he knows he'd have a much better shot of winning against Hillary as a Republican vs a Libertarian. Hell, this is probably the only shot the GOP has of winning this election. I'd still give him better odds than Trump.
Technically, Trump could be replaced until about Sept 1, after that, there's a lot of loopholes and problems to get another name on the ballot in all states.
