They are really slow but for a lot of reasons. They can raid anytime they want but if they want convictions they need the evidence. Most AMP'S are run by smart dudes so they are hard to prosecute. That's why they normally get hit with wire fraud or money laundering.

There are all kinds of AMPS and Asian nails shops. I imagine the ones most likely to be trafficking are the ones that advertise new girls every few weeks--although even for these, I have no clue as to the actual facts. I have been to some of these places, but not many--in each case, the girl I liked was already gone by the time of my second visit.

In contrast, most AMPs (I don't know about Austin in particular, but I have a lot of experience in some other cities) involve long time employees or independent contractors--you can see the same girls for years--either at the same shop or another one nearby, or in a private apartment or house. I have dated some of these and become close friends with some. In more than a few cases, I have watched (and sometimes supported) them as they complete college and graduate studies. One of my massage-girl friends was 20 when I met her. Now, at 31, she is in dental school. Another massage girl I met at her age of 28, and we are still good friends now that she is 49. I doubt that any of these types of businesses involve trafficking.

• First off, I want to commend Treetops for this post. He reaps no benefits and it's a selfless act. To create awareness for those who can't create awareness for themselves. You just earned a lot of respect from me. This was the BEST post and most honest... all year.

• Second, I was appalled at a lot of the responses in this thread. I didn't even get to read everyone's reply because of how disgusted I was at some of the replies I had read. I don't ever go on the boards but boy was I in for a surprise.

• Third, as an actual independent provider, I do NOT support AMPs. I feel that independent providing is the way to go. Or good agencies that respect their providers and are there for profit but mainly to help a woman and take care of the TCB and scheduling, etc. A woman should be able to have full power and consent over her body and how much she makes regarding anything in her life; especially her own body. From what I heard, AMPs seem to have girls that do the same thing in the same order. This makes me feel like these girls don't even enjoy what they do and are forced to have sex even when they don't want to. And not even for their own actual benefit or progress in life. The very least a female that isn't enslaved can do if the AMPs go out of business is do providing independently. Not bad.

Here is another example. This place has always been referred to as T1. Every now and then they would get an OK review but most people didn't recommend. They would say their service was sub par and their attitude sucked.

T1 recently relocated to Pond Springs Road. See the photo of the new place in their ad that screams "come raid me"

Fast forward to today. The place seems to be getting great feedback and with pretty much the same gals. Why is that? Think about it for a moment.

I'll tell you why. There were anywhere between 3 and 5 people living in that small shit hole office off Lakecreek we called T1. All crammed in a 15X15 room. It is pathetic that they have to live on site in order to control them. They treat the gals worse then a dog.

Do you think that the attitude and enthusiasm did a 180 because their living conditions changed? Do you think that moving out of that shit hole office off Lakecreek to a house makes them feel better and somewhat normal? Do you think that having a real kitchen and bathroom with a shower can change ones attitude?

Yes it can. Hence the reason for the change in feedback they are receiving. They are happy right now and in a way there are reasons to feel better.

But guess what? They are still being trafficked and they are being forced to be sex slaves. They still get beaten. They still can't leave even if they want to.

I'm glad they have at least some temp happiness but it is still a horrible way to live. And around the time they start to feel comfortable around another gal they are shipped off to a place they don't even know.

This place is one of the worst. It will be a great day when the traffickers are stopped. They will be stopped. Sooner then later.

I'll take that as a compliment but most people here are good people. I'm confident that everyone here will want to help put in jail those who traffic women to be sex slaves. Even if we can't do that we can easily hurt their finances. Their are at least 40 AMP'S in our area. There used to be 8. Thats how huge it's become in Central Texas. Pretty pathetic.

I wrote a detailed step by step on how we can all take them down but I want it mod proofed so I don't risk getting banned. My plan is totally different and will work. I just can't do it alone. I really hope that the females will also want to help.

In the meantime we should all follow the law but in case you didn't get the memo the rules have officially changed.
