Well I guess that if this new member joins here with the sole purpose to just spam the board continuously then it would be handled as any other spammer account ...meaning they wouldn't be here very long. Remember that when it comes to a privately owned board free speech is irrelevant to what the guidelines or terms of service say someone can or can't do here.
