The indication is that you can only directly contact someone you have already given an Okay to/with. So if you haven't been doing those, better brush up on your recent visits.

From what I understand, if the provider has contact info in her p411 profile (phone, email), then not only can she can be contacted simply by providing the url of her profile in her showcase, ad, in a review of her or given directly to the client/potential future client, but also, a client can even look up her profile on p411 using her phone number or email address. It would be kinda dumb on p411's part to allow a paying client to only be able to connect to providers that have given him an OK.
The notes that you have will also remain intact as well as a guy's folders (favorites, excluded, blocked), so a good idea if p411 hobbyists want a list to look at, make some sub folders and you have plenty of time before the changes to put the providers which you are wanting to or even have the least bit of interest in possibly seeing for a future session in a folder. And since they are going to eventually add new providers to their system, I am sure that there will be a way to add them as well if you choose to do so.
Another feature that is going to be new is, a provider can leave small comments on a client's p411 account, and vice versa, which are going to be visible to the person that has a comment on their profile and anyone that looks at it, which can be invaluable.
Obviously, providers cannot leave comments about other providers or hobbyists about other hobbyists. Of course, each person is also going to have to ability to hide the comments (not some, it is all or nothing) made about them from others to view if they wish as well.
So with that, the ease of screening and all, I am going to be continue renewing my p411 account.

Unless it’s just a general distrust of all such services, I don’t see anything in Gina’s business practices to make her more suspect in anyone’s eyes. She’s been doing this since 2005, without incident, so she’s doing something right.

I will still use P411 where I have 23 oks. Previously I reviewed primarily P411 ladies on TER but now that it's gone from the US I can review at eccie where in all liklihood all the P411 ladies will eventually join, since it's the only place to advertise.
There are many ladies on P411 who never advertise here. That will change when they can't advertise there.
And if a lady has a private website linked from an ad I find here at eccie, then it will still be easy for me to find them, and free for them to screen me at P411.

I don't get it ( I'm not that smart but) eccie still has ads/reviews/PM but P411 is not. I understand no nudes / prices , but no way to contact any one but Okays ( some of my okays no longer active )
I hope they rethink/ redo because I don't no if they will make it to 2020 ( bp trial- end of fosta in my opinion.)

Just read a new message from P411 with more info about the upcoming changes.
I won't be renewing.
In a nutshell, the new changes will make P411 useless.

You know what the problem is?
In the interest of customer service, Gina had made things too easy for us (both providers and hobbyists). If certain changes hadn't occurred in the legal political environment, I'm confident that she would have continued spoiling us.
But things did change. From what I can tell, Gina stepped back, analyzed the situation and has begun making real world accommodations that are good faith efforts to continue serving the community. The approach that P411 is taking will preserve most of the functionality of supporting provider/interactions, but will change the way some things happen (for example, provider-hobbyist communications). As far as no more provider ads goes, P411 hasn't always done that and nobody groused about it before they started offering that service.
We all are responsible for conducting our own activities, and always have been. Just because somebody took much of the work off your hands for a while doesn't mean it was your privilege to get lazy. And then piss and moan.
It's childish, and those of those who still know how to go about "doing bidness" and are willing to cover our own bases don't have a lot of patience with such nonsense. The guys who bail out on P411 because things are no longer as convenient as they were (as if P411 wanted it to be that way)... well, I don't have any heartburn over the idea that some self-absorbed types will no longer be in the picture; It cleans up the "dating pool" for those of us who remain, so to speak. And for those providers who opt out of P411, just remember that a LOT of guys choose their ladies mainly (sometimes only) from P411 listings. But just as with the guys, maybe those who leave will take some drama with them.
Yeah, it's inconvenient compared to the good old days, but after thinking this through... if we can't keep things the way they were, I'm liking how the situation is shaping up, considering how bad it could be. Cheers, y'all.

Preferred is still my preferred source for finding quality women. I’m still holding out judgment until I see how the changes work.
The Available Now board was always interesting but of little use to me, as I tend to plan two to five days out. I won’t miss it. I know some women may not be happy about it, but before you leave Preferred, please consider what changes you might make to your profile or personal web site to compensate. Ask your regulars what they look for.
As for me, I need to see pictures, specific information about likes and dislikes (gift ideas), links to other sites, rates, location (including what part of a big city).
I really like that clients will be able to OK providers as providers now do for clients. I don’t need penthouse letters nonsense in eccie reviews to make my choices.
I will miss client/provider private messaging, and appointment/prescreening requests. But there are always other ways to communicate.
Inability to search by location or advanced search might suck. I hope Gina reconsiders that one.
We shall see.

Donald Trump is up for re-election in a couple more years, don't forget to vote.
I suspect there are similar penalty's in Canada or P411 should not be worried or affected. Maybe it's not affected in Canada but, it is with the customers in the USA only.
Donald Trump signed HR-1865, the bill known as the Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (fosta) and the Stop Enabling Sex Trafficking Act (sesta). The new law amends Section 230 of the 1996 Communications Decency Act, the “safe harbor” clause that until now gave Web sites full protection from liability for the content they host. Under the new terms, the owner of any Web sites that “promote or facilitate the prostitution of another person”—wording that could concern not only traffickers but anyone who advertises sexual services online—can face up to ten years in prison.
Ladies need to be more forward and expand your client list, contact clients in your area. Lets use this time to communicate, while we can. I think it will get a lot worse before it gets better. This is YOUR business, Protect it.
