I prefer a straight forward no to any kind of excuse making. Whether it hurts my feelings or not is secondary to the finality and knowing nothing more is happening. Excuses leave the door open to something still happening if I can correct something or whatever.

I’d like an honest reason. I think if someone turned mevdjwn, perhaps there’s been some miscommunication, or perhaps something I can fix with effort on my part in the future, so no one else turns me down. Of course, if the answer is “I don’t see men over 50, I’m just shit out of luck. But at least I don’t have to wonder if there is a false rumor circulating that I was an asshole, or shorted some gal on a fee, etc.

Depending on when and where you asked her to discuss rates and activities, she's smart. Tying those two things together with a meeting is the key to a successful criminal charge. This is why ladies should post their rates and menu, and then not discuss them further.

I think this is a nice subject and after reading all the responses.. I want to chime in as well...

Something I have noticed, is my pm box can be much like rush hour traffic. I can get a large amount of requested visits in a short amount of time.. and have to take into account that every client is different in terms of Longevity on the Board , posting experience , having References or no Refs , and most important, is the time frame in which they choose to visit.

I admit that there are circumstances when I have to make sure that I am not overlooking a potentially great client compared to a questionable one. I want to give everyone the benefit of the doubt that they wish to book with the best of intentions and to be fair.

I do thank the gentleman who are understanding to the whole process.

I never want to make you feel rejected in anyway,
and reminder pm's are always welcomed.

There are times when I have to put you on hold if the verification process or communication between us is off,
Just to give the situation a clearer outlook,
But I have to say, that all my visits turn into memorable ones because of communication beforehand..

The hardest part is just saying yes or no ... lol
after that , it is all about the experience and having fun.
