If this shutting down of the economy didn't save us then we wasted trillions.
BTW, fuckers in Germany and Japan, the latter with the oldest population in the world, seem to be doing OK without draconian measures...

2.5 Million Americans die each year according to the CDC. An extra 5,000-20,000 is a drop in the bucket. Supposedly that how many people die from the "regular" flu. It's not worth driving the economy into a ditch. Just talked to my step son. His two roomies have lost their job in the restaurant biz. Shit is going to get real, real fast

As old and feeble as you are getting the virus would finish you off.
Best you stay inside and watch gay porn like you normally do.
In the morning I will be going for my normal workout routine... have fun with your walker.

Didn't go inside the tent or the ER but no lines, no people milling around. My wife has a peanut allergy; last summer I had to park two blocks away at the same ER. Today I could have parked in the second row.
Spoke to my CPA who's up in Dallas. His sister's a nurse and she's been testing a lot of people at their drive-in facility. One positive test.
This Wuhan flu crisis is WAAAAAYYYYY overblown. Anyone have any experiences they like to share?

I don't know what you have been smoking, but you need to pass it around.
Hospitals have cancelled all elective surgeries and visitors are now prohibited from visiting hospitals. That's why hospitals are not jammed up yet. But wait and see what happens in a couple of more weeks one it has doubled a few more times.
Dallas fortunately has few cases so far. But if people don't follow the guidelines for quarantining and social distancing, then that will change for the worse.
I have a relative that works in one of the biggest hospitals in the NYC area. Entire wards of the hospital have been converted to coronavirus ICUs. All elective surgery cancelled. The military and national guard have equipment ready to set up field hospitals in the parking garages of the hospital.
The Navy hospital ship Comfort that was sent to NY isn't there for the corona patients. They will be putting all of the non-corona patients (over 2000) in the NYC area on the ship so they are not infected while recovering from various surgeries. It is easier to quarantine the ship than to try to quarantine a section or a floor of many dozens of hospitals.
I imagine they are doing the same with the Navy hospital ship Mercy in SF.
All that is for the purpose of freeing up hospital beds for the deluge of corona patients to come. NYC government has also secured the dorms of the colleges in the NY area for even more hospital beds.
Dallas is lagging NYC by 2-3 weeks. But we will catch up with them if the people in DFW don't strictly adhere to the CDC guidelines.
On the upside, coronavirus is a great opportunity to thin the herd of the conspiracy theorists who think COVID-19 is a hoax. Let the idiots gather publicly. Stupidity will be its own punishment.

Sounds like a great venue and opportunity for the DNC convention in Milwaukee!!!
Just kidding - there are innocent men, women, and children in Milwaukee who should not be exposed to the DNC!
How great if the DNC hss to cancel its' convention!! A real blow for American freedom and common sense. !!

I can't even get fuckers to show up for a fight!
During my morning run plenty of people were out walking and jogging.
I would think gay people are out there doing their normal activities - are you sucking your normal number of dicks these days?
Yssup Rider is broke and needs a freebie.

So you've confirmed its not a NATIONAL emergency.
The number of deaths are staggeringly small here in America. But give it another two weeks! That's what you said two weeks ago. The hoax is the "death rate" and that's it is going to kill WAY more people than the regular flu pandemics that we haven't driven the country into a panic over.
BTW, if you don't think people aren't gathering publicly in mass numbers you haven't been to the Walmart in the past month.

The real hoax is that your Trump is sending medical supplies to doctors.
They say he isn’t.
But look on the brights side, fly. Now that Your gloryhole isn’t shut down, yous could get a job with Trumps mask factories..Yous could be the deliveryboy. Since there’s nobody at the hospitals, yous could get a great parking place.
I reads somewhere that you were really a turdfly, whoever coined that moniker wasn’t perpetrating a hoax, eh?

I also want to add how they are scaring you to death of travel but over the past few weeks before I stop traveling very few airport employees were wearing masks
Now keep in mind the powers-that-be have been telling us to practice social distancing over the past month and to avoid traveling
so why are people who encounter thousands of people on The daily from different countries and who have to get in close proximity to people to screen them not wearing any mask?
now I'm not posting this to be dramatic I just literally want to know why people who are telling us we are in danger or not taking precautions themselves

And I will also add that it is true the big gatherings are taking place at Walmart. which is very ironic people are running to Walmart scared and stocking up on supplies and that's probably where they're going to catch the virus

Walmart is so ran through right now when you look at the shelf you can't even tell what the original item was because there's nothing left
and I personally didn't want to be in the big huge crowd because I feel that's where the bigger risk is so I've been trying to order groceries on instacart
Demand is so big right now that on Sunday morning I tried to put in a delivery grocery order in for a grocery store that is one mile away from me and the wait was 5 days
