Here’s a pic of me on a zip lining trip in Eureka Springs... taken during much happier times prior to the pandemic.

I hope to be able to go again this summer! Such a blast! I miss it.

P.S. To my fellow keto-ers... I found this amazing bread with only one carb per slice! Sandwiches again! Yay!

I’m mostly doing bacon and eggs, or salami and deli cheese! Or tuna & mayo.

This bread is much better toasted, also.

There is another keto bread on the bread shelf that has a little bit more of a grain taste & it’s better… They happened to be out of it the last time I was there so I had to settle for that one in the freezer.

Walmart!! I found mine at the neighborhood market closest to me. The one I prefer is on the shelf. The one I settle for when they are out of that is in the freezer next to the bagels I think.
