There are numerous steps to the federal criminal process. There is also a federal civil justice system This guy doesn't know the burden of proof in the the 2 types of trials. He thinks a person isn't guilty until sentenced. But you can't sentence someone who isn't guilty (someone who has been convicted or pled guilty to a crime).
