The parking in the back is gone. There's a car place in the old #1 that keeps it's inventory parked and locked up back there. I checked it out on my way to another location. Waiting for someone else to report back on this one.

I remember when the city cleared that back lot, right after the Spas closed. Seems there was more than a few abandoned old cars, some maybe stolen for parts, and ditched back there.

Hoping to see a review soon. Or a line up. Something..

They have only 3 girls. I think one is from Luxury that some guys say she looks pregnant. I didn’t see one of the girls. There’s one Thai girl that’s skinny and tall, but she don’t look pretty at all. They said they will have more girls next week.

If not, the Four Seasons will never make it. Even if the side parking is available, with none in the back. Part of the beauty of that former 3-spa complex, was the ability to park out of sight from watching eyes.

I had heard there was some kind of zoning issue with AMPs in that section before. Was that true? If so, what's changed that would allow an AMP there now?

What happened is that Beauty College a block away, nagged the City to get rid of the Spas, they were encroaching, too close for comfort. The Spas agreed to move. No zoning change was made. As you may know, the former Bali across the street, operates as a spa.

I suspect the Beauty College lacks leverage now, without in-person schooling. Without knowing, I think they probably are in a struggle to survive, period.
