While that is true (that The Market rebounded, not that I'm full of shit.. although many of you will hold to that view no matter what), my declaration was a loose relationship. It will take time to gauge the true impact of the new virus surge on the Market, or school mask requirements, or other potential protocol changes. I could have easily said the 10 year bond yield collapse, high p/e multiples, and peaking EBITDA caused the Market drop, but that would haved bored you, and the Thread would be on page 3.

By ''loose'', I mean the vaccine laggards are just one factor. Obviously there are many reasons a Market can suffer.

JnJ just announced that their vaccine is next-to-worthless against the Delta variant. Maybe a booster would give some efficacy, but the one and done won't cut it. Fortunately the Pfizer and Moderna work well, and are the 2 vaccines most-taken, by far, in the US.

I still believe the Market is lower in 2 months, and vaccine-hesitancy will be one major reason.
