How to redact and protect the names of certain, shameless, high-profile lechers without the entire file being reduced to nothing more then a document being filled with dozens upon dozens of redactions!

While I can't discuss the topic, I spoke with a Canadian special forces guy who started his career escorting trucks from the mountains in Colombia, to a CIA air base, where the contents were being loaded and flown into the USA, using US soldiers from that point on.
