I also commented in the other thread and disparaged anyone who would leave a girl stranded. However, I asked mirandalee to clarify if this was a compensated date or private social meeting, and never got an answer there from her. GDL has responded, and I admire the gentleman's restraint in telling his side. He stated that she became inebriated, didn't wish to leave with him, and he left her $80 for cab fare. I said that maybe he got so plastered that he didn't remember the eve, but it seems that's been turned around now.

Flat out straight up, mirandalee: Did you drink a wee bit too much that night? Did GDL leave you cab fare? If so, then you weren't stranded, and there was no reason to post either thread, other than you were a miffed muff, and you should be ashamed for dragging GDL and yourself through the mud.

Of course, unless we were there, this is the classic he said/she said, so one must take the prior history of a person's stability, as demonstrated by previous posts, into account. Not looking good for the lady here. I agree with Emily; best to bitch to a friend and keep such things out of the public eye.

Gdl thanks for coming on here and clearing things up but I knew you just from chat is a hell of a good guy. I cant imagine you nt being respectful to anyone. A persons personality comes through here in posts,threads and chat. Gdl you deserve a Hug. Have a good day and this makes me want to take you to lunch or dinner sometime.
