Well, this isn't some shit hole European Country, or some Fascist Muslim State run by fanatics. This is The United States of America, where everybody is equal under the law, regardless of color, creed, religious belief, financial status, or some other dreamed up line of demarcation created by those that want to control what others think, and believe.

I'll say this, you can second guess this officer all you want. But Iam willing to bet any officer in that situation would have probably done the same thing. That kid was pretty big and climbed into the vehicle with that officer punching him. That officer had very little room in that vehicle to retreat or fend him off. Brown had the advantage and Iam sure the officer felt there was very little else he could do. So he fired a shot within the vehicle.

There is a huge difference between firing a shot while being attacked and shooting someone in the back running from you after the attack.
So while the first shot may be justified....I would like a tad more information before saying the next five were.

Although there were multiple shots fired outside of the officer's car I haven't heard of Brown being shot in the back.

Nobody has picked a hero....all I have done is point out two things.
One, when 2/3 of the community is Jewish and 97% of the police force is Muslim, even you could see how that might be a problem.
Two, if he shot him in the back while the kid was running away or after he put his hands up, there might be a problem for the officer.
