I personally like to see a combination of pro mixed in with amateur shots... and skbinkc seems to blend both together nicely.
Therefore, IMHO, him not using the perfect lighting, angles and all the tricks is the whole point of why some of us enjoy them.
As a client, nothing sucks more then seeing a provider for the first time to only realize that she looks nothing like her photos.
A true professional photographer can make the must unappealing subject look appealing though all the tricks of the trade.
skbinkc's photos seems to bring out the true beauty of his models while at the some time keeping some of their imperfections.
A nice blend that makes the lady being photographed the same lady that is standing at the door when you first meet.
