I will tell you what's wrong in America right now:

American Citizens 'consider' themselves belonging to 1 party and will go to ANY EXTENT to defend their party...regardless of topic being discussed and whose fault it is. ONE SHOULD HOLD THE REPRESENTATIVE ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS/HER WORDS/ACTIONS.

Everyone is talking about Illegal Immigrants.
Republican administration has gone a bit extreme in certain circumstances ....and the MEDIA has BLOWN THINGS OUT OF PROPORTION AS WELL (because similar things happened in Obama administration and no one cared).
Democrats on the other hand seem to care ONLY about illegal Immigrants (#VoteBankPolitics)...not LEGAL IMMIGRANTS and not AMERICAN CITIZEN. They quote all the great statistics about how IMMIGRANTS ARE GREAT (which they are!) but by using LEGAL IMMIGRANT STATISTICS to promote ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS agenda.

CLINTON, OBAMA say something about illegal immigration - folks clap.
Trump says EXACT SAME THING - he gets called racist.

If there is a country, there has to be borders, laws and they should be followed. Wall or not, should find a way to stop illegal immigration. Open borders does no one any good.


NOW COMING TO THE REAL TOPIC THAT SHOULD BE DISCUSSED IN AMERICA:
LEGAL IMMIGRATION.

Do you folks know how long it takes for some people to get a GREENCARD? SOMETIMES multiple decades...because of the broken immigration system. These people have lived here legally for years but still cant get a Greencard.
Now Democrats are hell bent on giving citizenship to illegals....but what about the legal immigrants who have been waiting in line like in forever?

MEDIA doesnt talk much about it because its not great news for them.

as for legal immigrants not getting a green card, that is mainly due to a backlog and can take a long time to work thru.

no beef with legal immigration but we do need a break from unrestricted legal immigration regime that the US has been under since 1965.

at this time, we are getting too many legal immigrants with too limited resource to process them.

its much easier to handle legal immigration at 300,000 than at 3 million.

One problem, many of them don't work/not functioning or were sited in correctly or sited in the wrong area rendering the security system useless.

IMO part of why they wait for so long, is BECAUSE ICE is spending so much time having to go AFTER the illegal invaders..

ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) job is to go after illegal invaders and illegal contraband.


another immigration agency CIS (Citizenship and Immigration Service) handles the processing of legal aliens.


the legacy INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service) used to handle both duties before they were separated into 2 different agencies.

Again, ICE has nothing to do with legal immigration. USCIS has, and they are making life of legal immigrants horrible. Got so many friends who going through hell.

But yes, America, please focus on those who jumped the fence. Don't even talk about those who followed the law. Make one minor comment about legal immigrants and then go back to illegal discussion.

they may be refugees from their shithole countries but that does not make them qualified asylum seekers in this country.

Yes the immigration system needs fixing green cards legal entry , Some of the issue that gets over looked is the other countries don't have any crime tracking or vetting systems which leads to back logs.
With that being said the border and illegal immigration should be enforced end of story
