I posted a link where a provider audio recorded a session where a Vice officer arrested her without her agreeing to a sexual act for money and where the officer can be heard saying "How are they going to believe, you or me?"

Which led to the DA dismissing the charge.

I'm unconcerned about WTF's opinion about anything. The only issue is when he starts falsely accusing someone of being LE or an LE snitch then he is placing them in jeopardy of serious bodily injury or death ... particularly in these days and times.

You are obviously not a lawyer. You should not be practicing law by giving legal advice. In Texas practicing law without a license is a serious matter, not only for the unwary consumers of the advice, but also the community as a whole. My RECOMMENDATION to providers and hobbyists alike is they spend a few bucks (about the cost of one session) on a lawyer referred by the Houston Bar Association referral service (not some other similarly situated person) as having special knowledge in the area of surreptitious video/audio recordings as it relates to criminal law and civil liability and meet with that "expert" and discuss the matter in depth. The conversation will be privileged and therefore remain private and protected. General suggestion: Request a fee contract with the attorney spelling out the expense and scope of the employment and retain a fully signed copy.

I said it was legal to audio record the session without the other persons consent or knowledge. . I gave an example of where a provider did so and because she did, the DA dropped the charges. Those are facts. If you or other want to consider that legal advice, fine by me.
