we really are acting like old people. i mean its fat tuesday and except me and dallas i think ya all are taking this lent thing really seriously..... i mean that girl called me. explained her side... my god that smelly ass and other such parts should be bannable also. i mean gross. im still trying to get that thought out of my head. i would have puked... for sure but then again im a puker. ughhh. just nasty. WASH PEOPLE. THATS ALL. WASH... lol

as far as how much ladies make.. at least a 1/3 of your monthly income goes to work related expenses.. if you travel. ugh I hated that

I have a VERY VERY close friend that travels exclusively. We were discussing that issue the other day. She gave me a breakdown for that week, which (schedule wise ) was slow. I was shocked at how little profit there was .

Yes traveling is expensive but the way I do it is very profitable...I have regulars in every tour city so MOST times my schedule is almost booked before I start the tour....yes there may be slow spots but you readjust things to compensate...so here goes,my new car gets 25 mes to gallon/I never pay over 75 a nite fr hotel/ I only eat one big meal out a day...and I still keep calls at two or three a day! And my monthly bills are only 700...and I still live very nicely!
At home base it is slower so I offer dirty deeds dirt cheap..lol...just to sustain me..then whn I tour is where I make the big bucks!

These young gals can learn from us "old stayed & true chicks" and from agencies who have flourished here like Annie's....hell I have been here a lonnnnng time and aint goin nowhete yet!

I remember a thread some years back where I commented that I prefer not to spend big
bucks no high end hotels, and saw nothing wrong with places like red roof for work..because really for what we use the rooms for is not the amenities.

well you would think I had said I was going to stay at a crack house lol.

guys and girls said it was absurd to stay at a "low rent" place.

like you dallas, I tried to save money. I would seek out rooms with a kitchenette or micro/fridge at least and bring my own food & drink.

my own towels and things to be as homey as I could. candles, sheets what ever.. I sleep with a fan lol so that too.

Of course some ladies are geniuses at getting hotel deals.
I was not

I lost a lot of money on that GD priceline!! by pre paying for a great room for a cheap BID" and then had to cancel a trip for some reason. no refunds back then

I'm sorry, but who gives a rat's ass if the lady is staying at a Quality Inn, as opposed to having a room at The Marriott? Couldn't agree more with Ms. Cupp's post. Don't get me wrong, I don't want trash and shit all over the room and I don't want to have to weave through crossfire to get to the room, but most Holiday Inns and such are good enough to drain your balls for an hour.

BTW - I agree with your signature line as well, Ms. Cupps.
