Great QBs don't need excuses!
A great QB (like John Elway) is gunna make something happen regardless of the adverse circumstances he faces!
If John Elway was the Jets QB ... they'd be 4-3 (at the very least)!
(If a great QB like Elway is given lemons ... he makes lemonade!)
In the 80s John Elway took 3 teams to the Super Bowl ... that had absolutely no business being there!
Without him those 3 Super Bowl teams ... finish in last place!
John Elway was capable of elevating his team ... and making the players around him better players!
(JE had such a otherworldly QB skill set ... that of those 3 teams that he took to the Super Bowl ... i'll bet nobody can name 1 other player on those 3 Super Bowl teams ... besides him!)
Now, there's a QB who's worth $30,000,000!

Fields leads the Jets over our hated rival Bengals. Layed 39pts on them. Played great!!!! He stuck it up the Grand Wizard Johnson’s ass as well as his cronies Victory and Gristle!!!!! Fields willed his team to victory! How delicious!!!!!!!!!!
