MAGAs don't give a flying fuck about anybody's rights except for their own. A more myopic group of dickheads would be impossible to find.

Chuck Schumer 2009
"People who enter the United States without our permission are illegal aliens, and illegal aliens should not be treated the same as people who entered the United States legally... Illegal immigration is wrong, plain and simple. Until the American people are convinced that we will stop future flows of illegal immigration, we will make no progress...”

If you’re a liberal you used to like Tom Homan. Now, Tom is an enemy to you.
Why? Because the MSM told you so and you gladly listen.
“In 2015, President Obama awarded Tom Homan the Presidential Rank Award for Distinguished Service — one of the highest honors for federal career executives — for his leadership in ICE enforcement and removals operations. It recognized his role in record-high deportations during the Obama administration.”

Hoeman has changed. Noem is a joke. Their choice to empower ICE and the abuse of US citizens with anonymity is what is not being tolerated. I think 99% of ppl say deportations are ok if you do them correctly. Don't violate anyone's 4th or 10th amendment rights or opportunity to claim asylum.
There is zero need to be masked unless at the border. Lastly, stop dragging US citizens out of cars hog tied or shooting them in the face. Somebody's been watching too many westerns, thinking you just ride in and round them up. Where's all this supposed Intel? The only Intel the Hoeman Administration has right now is racial profiling.
I want to know where this clutch of supposed gangsters, murders, rapists that Trump told everybody was coming over the border. Perhaps he lied quite a bit about that. I've seen the reports of a dozen of the worst, which are bad, but hardly compare to the accusations of people in public office as US Representatives or even DJT himself.
Shouldn't the Dragnet Approach by ICE should have been able to scrap all the cream off the top of the collective bad hombre cohort? I'd assume that it's hardér to identify people without massive records later but this approach has netted a startling amount of US Citizens in its attempt. Which means it's literally more like a smash n grab raid vs a coordinated attempt with a plan.
The point being....Hoeman may have had a plan back in early 2006 etc. but by today's standards, he's just using faceless things to flush out some illegals why trampling the rights of everyday Americans. It's a total fucking mess and either he isn't the right guy for the job, or he's been told that those rights don't matter by this administration. Either way it's being found as a tactic that is unconstitutionally sound and dubious in execution.
When Obama was doing the majority of deportations, these people were usually already in custody or awaiting asylum hearings. Today, ICE just waits for people who come to their asylum hearings or check-ins and they are in their minds, complying with federal laws and procedures when they are taken into custody by force from ICE officials. They have been lied to, and baited into following a process, and then suddenly deported. That's not right either. They should be allowed to have a ruling on the legitimacy of claim by a judge before they are exited. Watching families ripped apart at the courthouse after following 5-10yrs of a defined process of checking in is shitty. They need to get that figured out before ICE just starts to disappear people. ADD to that- ICE is not giving updated information about detainment status, location or deportations in a timely or accurate way.
There are many more reasons that they are fucking this up, but that's just a small snapshot and difference between the old Hoeman and new one. It always boils down to who is directing them. Trump gets another F in immigration policy on top of all the other F's he's got. The guy has zero knowledge of how to do public administration. Trump is a neanderthal of stupidity and deserves to get what's coming

When you vote Dem or liberal in another country, you are voting for open borders. The liberal governments are now all following the same playbook.
Not all cultures are compatible and not all have shared values.
“Terrified Dutch students made to live side-by-side with 125 refugees to aid their 'integration' were subjected to years of sexual assault and violence, an investigation has reported.
But students living there told Dutch investigative documentary programme Zembla they faced multiple sexual assaults, harassment, violence, stalking and even claimed a gang rape had taken place.
One woman said she would regularly see 'fights in the hallway and then again in the shared living room'.
A man told the programme that a refugee threatened him with an eight-inch kitchen knife.
And they claimed they were ignored despite filing multiple reports to authorities.
In one shocking case, a former resident said that a Syrian raped her after inviting her to his room to watch a film then refusing to let her leave.“

Not sure what any of this has to do with the topic here. Feels like a lame attempt at hijacking the thread.

It has everything to do with the thread.
You can vote MAGA or conservative or whatever you want to call it for sensible and secure borders.
Or you can vote Dem/liberal and enjoy open borders and what comes with including a relevant example.

You need to back that up with something other than Stephen Miller’s ghoulish talking points?
By “MAGA or conservative or whatever” do you mean Republican? Seems like you’re unable to even post the word,

Is that right?
So conservatives in Denmark, where the actions in the article took place, are Republicans?
MAGA stretches outside the US borders, albeit with different acronyms based on geography.
Don’t need Steven Miller and his talking points. The data speaks for itself for how liberal governments open borders and the shift in philosophy over the past decade. It’s not even debatable. Remember if you complain about it in a place like the UK, you’re at risk of being arrested. Free speech is being taken away.
But follow along and support the acceleration left like you’ve been instructed despite the repercussions to the every day person.

The events happened in the Netherlands, not Denmark.
But your point still stands.

We Found That More Than 170 U.S. Citizens Have Been Held by Immigration Agents. They’ve Been Kicked, Dragged and Detained for Days.
|
Maybe you should ask yourself the obvious question - why would immigration agents find it necessary to arrest ANY US citizens? Well, golly gee - your own article provides the answer!
It says all of those 170 people were "detained at raids and protests". Not only that, but 130 of them, including a dozen elected officials, were arrested for interfering with or assaulting officers.
Let me be blunt and clear here:
Any U.S. citizen who is stupid enough to interfere with the lawful arrest of a non-citizen or (even worse) decides to assault the officers carrying out the arrest, DESERVES to be arrested in their own right! No apologies are needed or forthcoming!
After being released, many of these crazy, far-left activist-anarchists even go around BRAGGING about their arrests!
The question you should be asking is - why aren't they being arrested by the local police instead of ICE? The answer is because lawless, irresponsible politicians like Tampon Tim and BoyToy Frey have ordered local LE not to cooperate. Ergo, federal agents are forced to carry out the arrests by themselves to protect themselves.
You need to put this shit into proper context and perspective. Stop distorting the truth of what is happening.
I have ZERO problem with ICE arresting any US citizen who blocks, impedes, interferes with, or (even worse) assaults federal agents who are just doing their jobs by carrying out lawful arrests of the hoards of illegal non-citizens who were allowed to flood the country under Biden/Harris.

I think you have everything upside down about who is trying to distract us, eye.
Tampon Tim Walz and BoyToy Jacob Frey are the lawless ones inciting and encouraging the anti-ICE demonstrators, in order to distract everyone's attention away from the unprecedented Minnesota FRAUD & CORRUPTION that is being exposed and prosecuted as we speak. Both of those beta cucks are deeply complicit in the fraud and corruption, and both know it.

Maybe you should read the whole article before putting your own spin on it.
The proper context and perspective is the fact that the only reason that many of these people were held is because they had a skin color other than white.
“If the officers learn that the individual they stopped is a U.S. citizen or otherwise lawfully in the United States,” Kavanaugh wrote, “they promptly let the individual go.”
But that is far from the reality many citizens have experienced. Americans have been dragged, tackled, beaten, tased and shot by immigration agents. They’ve had their necks kneeled on. They’ve been held outside in the rain while in their underwear. At least three citizens were pregnant when agents detained them. One of those women had already had the door of her home blown off while Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem watched.
Among the citizens detained are nearly 20 children, including two with cancer. That includes four who were held for weeks with their undocumented mother and without access to the family’s attorney until a congresswoman intervened.
Some of your points are valid but the truth is that ICE has a policy of scooping up people who are brown and speak spanish and will hold them even if they provide a valid ID.

They just can't bring themselves to admit that part. Everyone knows it's true, but most (nearly all) MAGAs simply won't admit it.
They'll instead attempt to change the subject or engage in yet more whataboutism. SAD.
