It means the judge ALREADY "entertained" the idea of bail and DENIED it.

The judge determined that he was a "risk to the community" after considering the nature of the crime, his past criminal convictions, and that the man had past history of making threatening comments and posts about Omar.

But please...keep up with the desperate speculation. It's a great look!

a "Past HISTORY" of making threatening comments and posts
about Omar - but then was able to just walk right in
at her event. And spray her with apple cidre.
