Well as long as you can concede that medical care is not a human right... as soon as you go there, then that gives the govt. the right to do anything in the name of human rights... and frankly I prefer what our Founders came up with... life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, but our Social betters have been hell bent since the 30's (after being inspired by Mussolini) to make all kinds of shit a right of citizenship. That's a misguided and foolish project. Life is hard and unfair. It's harder and more unfair if you are stupid.
