1) Toyz has been 'harrassing' TSs in an attempt to save lives.

To hobby is to assume and accept certain risks. The degree of that risk is something you can not reliably determine by knowing only a portion of someone else's present or past activities. To persecute a small group of hobbyist in an effort to reduce risk is just you kidding yourself about how safe you really are and your ability to control that risk through influencing others.
