While I typically don't like new laws, especially knee-jerk, pulpit photo-op ones:
I think this situation may actually require one or two.

The problem, as I see it is; there is no post-crime punishment for the murderers, as these whack jobs are suicidal as much as they are homicidal. As such, there is no atonement and no punishment for these horrific crimes.

I propose a set of laws targeting the fools who convinced them, enabled them and assisted them in the believe and processes that implanted this whole dysphoria notion upon them. Everyone of them.

While I do not have a spiffy name for it, as yet.
I'm leaning along they the lines of:
Give them Dysphora and we Give you Death. (GDGD)

Ahhh... needs a little work. But you get the gist of it. Well... Obviously, not the TDS afflicted ones. They wouldn't know if the sky fell, because it's always falling.

That's not a good idea WYID. Are you proposing it to cut down on shootings by transgenders? You don't want to go down that road. If you do, wouldn't it make a lot more sense to kill all the people who work for and own gun manufacturers and gun shops? Personally I believe that's a terrible idea. But not as bad as executing anyone who enables people to transition.
