Default The latest "Adulting" in the Comey case...

There was another big FUCK YOU to Trump's lickspittle DOJ yesterday:

Judge tells DOJ "You couldn't indict a ham sammich"

It seems that there may have been a little Constitutional "procedural error" here, in terms of mishandling that pesky "evidence."

Now...I know that the erudite among you have deemed my credibility in this topic to be DESTROYED over....my failure to appreciate the ball-handling skills of the servile "lead prosecutor".....

(using quotes there because the court already ruled that she actually is no such thing...)

...and also, my inability to parse trite modern slang...

But still...

Whattup MAGA? You still good with how this is going? Got ANY self-reflection here? Maybe a little bit of "Wow! Defending these incompetent shills makes us look REALLY FUCKING BAD!"

Any?

Merriam-Webster fucked my shit up last time. Maybe Ladies' Home Journal will bail you out of this one....

Default More "Adulting " in the Comey case...

From the NYT today:

"A federal judge in Virginia suggested on Tuesday that Lindsey Halligan should resign as U.S. attorney after a ruling declared her appointment unlawful, making her the third jurist to challenge Ms. Halligan’s continued claim to the post...."

Judge says Halligan ain't fit to handle Comey's balls

The judge implied that since the Botoxed shill Alina Habba had (surprisingly!) done the right thing, Halligan should do the same.

Your following post is more to the heart of the matter in supporting the topic of this post.

It's called Adulting.
This is so true. But you have a fatal flaw in your statement. The boss in question ain't an adult. The boss is an admitted liar, thin skinned, abhorable(sp) racist, egotistical self centered individual whose limited listed above qualities dictates their short sighted task.

I swear it is a mystery to me why the great legal minds of ECCIE, ECCIE, Maggie & Pie don't volunteer their astute judicial prowess to their orange crush and squash all this supposed malfeasance that is clouding their little minds.

I, for one, would love to see this. Y'all would be in the doctors office for mass whiplash when the judge is finished with you.

Come on. Realize y'all NEVER want to do the most basic of legwork and present a case that has all supporting facts clearly given with clear cases that show presidence(sp).

...but you can't do that. See what I posted about qualities of Fearless Leader and what pushes his buttons.

Correction. A good lawyer can indict a ham sammich.

Alina No Habba Jobba showed she had a couple of neurons to rub together. Maggies can't stand the SoL bit them in the butt with Comey.

But ima sure they'll come back with some cockamany thing that will make them look even more stupid when they come in front of the judge.

And to think the case they said was a slamduck against Comey, they wanted damn near half a year to get to court.

All these judgements against them, just shows they're holding a paper bag of shit for their endeavers.

Both Habba and Halligan are out. I'm thinking they are lucky to have retained their 'lawyer license'...especially Halligan with her unlawfully claiming her 'position'.

While naming Bondi is not an impeachable offense, the Senate has to take full blame for allowing this abomination of a human to be named AG.

But this is the Trump era……naming people for their ability to be bootlickers and sycophants.

Their is rarely anyone named by Trump that actually deserves the position by merit.

Sad.

elg…..

Trump got indicted repeatedly because he couldn't help himself from committing felonies and for no other reason.

James Comey and Letitia James got indicted for one reason only: cause they pissed Trump off.

apples and oranges. the analogy fails, bigly..

Merrick Garland is the worst AG in history cause he was too much of a pussy to indict Trump on day 1. what a fucking clown and tool. history will impeach him..

Biden never said shit to Garland. Trump to Bondi?

bahahahahahahahaha..

and our fucking sorry ass Supreme Court says that's ok..

Roberts let the rule of law down. sad..

balls and strikes my ass. he was Trump's home team umpire..

Biden did the same thing for 4 years including ordering U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland to make up anything to throw Trump in prison during the several attempts in NY State and Georgia State by Leticia James and Fani Willis, who is now in trouble

But did the Democrat lawmakers sound any alarms then?

Putin silences critics. They fall out of windows or have other "accidents".

What is going on here is the legal system in the United States in operation. The current actions are no more abusive than anything that occurred during President Trump's first administration. and the four years after. Far less than that, and in my view quite above board and prop\er.

you think it's above board and proper for the president to tell the Attorney General whom to indict, and then she does it? you're joking, right?

just imagine if Obama did that shit. Faux news would be calling for his head on a silver platter..

prove it. no chance, because Obama actually believes in the rule of law, unlike our present wannabe dictator.

Push came to shove and the hand puppet Bondi had to accept what a trumper appointed judge told her.

And to think they wanted the case to be pushed off for 6 months even though they roared Comey was dirty as fuck.

Good to see someone has a spine on the bench.

Heaven forbid that anyone should be held accountable.

An inditement is not a trial., it is a determination that a crime might have been committed.

Only a court proceeding will determine whether or not a crime has or has not been committed.
