I don't comment on many threads because I don't have the time and I usually just don't want to get involved but this caught my eye because my phone hasn't been ringing as much as it did a month ago. You made some great points here, some things to think about and it's nice to have a man's perspective.

Rebecca attended yesterday's social event and was surprised that there was only 3 gal's including herself ! I explained to her that it was a good thing for her but not good for the other provider's . Any hoot she enjoyed it and will continue to attend upcoming events

Socials may not be for everyone, but I've heard from many girls I've met who've attended that it's good for networking and I know from many hobbyists, the opportunity to see someone irl has spurred their interest in a lady or two they may not have thought about before.

It's great networking yes ,
I've attended many of ck's socials since 2008

However when that girl guys rave about shows up and is not really very hot as stated by hobbyist ...it can be a bit disappointing!

But always a blast in general

Some things to think about... SL'S TOP 10 & One Extra

1) Do you show your face in your show case? Lots of guys like myself are face guys and don't want to have a session with any lady that looks like flinde.

2) Do you answer the phone or are you text only? I refuse to see ANY provider I can't talk to for just a moment or two before the session. This eliminates pimps and agencies posting as INDY providers as well as assures me the arrangements are etched in stone. It might surprise you how many hobbyist have this policy!

3)What's your availability and response time? I have had providers respond to P411 and PM'S as much as a month after sending them. REALLY?

4) How long does it take for you to respond to a text? While I do schedule in advance there are times I look for a right now type of thing. Not in a day or two.

5) Are your pictures accurate and up to date? A good reputation takes a while but a bad one gets passed along at lightning speed. Some times without you even knowing about it. (Men's Lounge)

6) Are you a totally fucking bitch or do you do things that drive hobbyists crazy while on the board? Yes there are hobbyist that like crazy providers but like myself I pretty sure it's not the norm. Think about what you post while on the board. Try and remember who is paying who!

7) Do you cancel appoints for any reason on a regular basis? Over booking, broken nail, grandmother dying again. Nothing pisses off a hobbyist more than getting all Viagraed up, bathed and ready to go when they get the can we reschedule BS.

8) Do you up charge? Gigantic turn off is up charging.

9) Do you have a messy, unorganized or just flat out nasty incall? Some of us just hit the road when this happens.

10) Do you smoke? I don't give a flying rats ass what you smoke, if you smoke it gets into your cloths and hair and some guys are very sensitive to this issue!

Extra Credit:

11) Do you keep your nasty ass clean? How about your kitty? Leave nothing to chance. wash that nasty ass and kitty even if you think its clean!

Excellent post, SL. Face pics are great. Upcharging blows.

Texting/calling immediately before a session makes me think I am being set up. Anytime turning the session is a turn off. Turn the phone off! It can wait! Unexpected knocks at the door suck too. A bad review can cost you a handful of clients on eccie. Is the phone call really worth a few thousand bucks over your tenure as long as this site is functional?

When I send an email describing my requests/kinks, an enthusiastic, detailed reply will make me more likely to see you rather than a "thats fine honey, just call me when youre ready."
