The combination is required for best results. Diet is at least two thirds of the equation. It is far easier to not eat the 3500 calories that make up a pound of fat than it is to burn an extra 3500.

Keep up your program for 12 weeks and you will see good results. Do it for 6 months, and you will be ready for bikini season. Then switch to a maintenance diet , but keep up the exercise. Consider some resistance exercise for another 30 minutes and you are golden.

I know while working with her not on tour we saw like 4 or 5 people a week and on tour 2 to 4 a day depending on the city and session lengths.
