Here's my final thoughts
My trainer is going to be completely pissed if I'm tired and grumpy tomorrow

I stood up for young lady that this diseased nasty slimeball tried to sabotage I do that.

Chances are I'll do it again for someone else under different circumstances.
I have many clients I consider friends as well as providers, their opinions matter to me tremendously.
The only reason I even responded is because I saw an opportunity to hopefully plant seeds for some of these women who may come across this slimeball down the road.
