Add to that the # of times we've seen 60 minutes do exposes on divorce lawyers, (especially female ones) where those lawyers flat out ENCOURAGE their women clients to falsify charges of domestic violence or child abuse, so as to get the guy kicked out of the house, thus ensuring SHE will get it in the divorce, all cause there's rarely if ever, and punishment FOR THOSE lawyers or those they encourage to falsify info...

*Actually "dealt" is probably too strong a term. It was more like responding to them in writing and explaining they lacked the jurisdiction to tell me what to do and/or when to do it, and I would not be showing up at the "hearing" they were setting as they "ordered" me to do in their threatening letter. Perhaps it was the reference to their "enabling" statute and "regs" and a suggestion of the consequences of "taking" by the Government that led them to do nothing when I didn't appear. (And that may be the difference between "wanting" a confrontation and discouraging one!)
But parrots and pukes like you wouldn't know about that.

So, now the judge has totally dismissed all charges cause of the DA's Malfeasance, WILL he go back and actually pursue proceedings against that prosecutor?
