I would think a yeast infection would be a bigger reason. Not that its not a bad Idea to get tested for STD's.
Cranberry juice works on guys also for a yeast infection. guys rarely get but can. and duh no sugars added is best.
if you drink to much tea(me), or to much coffee(errr me again) and eat to much sugar (dam it, again) even guys can get a yeast infection.
