Like I've said many times. Just because you don't understand something, can't find something, or won't admit you are lying doesn't mean your "logic" is correct.

Gov. Kemp has stated there is no evidence of 17000 fraudulent votes that could have tipped the election results.

Also, there is no need to do pointless searches. There are a multitude of links that confirm the presented facts and that refute the claims made by misinformed trumpsters.
Here is a link cited in the above story that covers several details (there are many links in the story that didn't copy as hyper-links. Open the story link for access to them).

More details in the following link.

https://perma.cc/6BF3-TUQV

"Debunked Georgia voter fraud allegations resurface online"

More than three years after Georgia voters helped elect US President Joe Biden, conservative politicians and media personalities are claiming Governor Brian Kemp's office has found new evidence of more than 17,000 fraudulent votes that could have tipped the results. This is false; Kemp's office and other state officials refuted the claim, and several recounts and audits have confirmed Donald Trump's defeat in the state.

Brad Raffensperger that 17,852 invalid 2020 votes were counted in Fulton County, GA, alone," says Leading Report, an account that AFP has fact-checked numerous times, in a December 15, 2023 post on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The post and a corresponding article titled "2020 Georgia Fraud Exposed" have accumulated thousands of interactions. Rob Cunningham, a self-described "author, veteran" and "philosopher," makes similar allegations in another December 15 X post.

Both Cunningham and Leading Report cite a video in which a Georgia resident named Joe Rossi claims there were "17,852 votes counted that do not have a corresponding ballot image associated with them." They also shared a screenshot of a supposed public meeting notice to address the discrepancy.

Republican politicians and commentators such as US Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene and Donald Trump Jr amplified the claims, rehashing long-debunked conspiracy theories that Biden's victory in the historically conservative state was the result of voter fraud.

"The 2020 election in Georgia was not stolen," said Kemp in an August 2023 post (archived here) refuting allegations from former president Trump, who backed the Republican governor's 2018 campaign.

"For nearly three years now, anyone with evidence of fraud has failed to come forward -- under oath -- and prove anything in a court of law."

That has not changed, despite the claims circulating online.

"Retelling the same lies for three years does not make them true, even when citing bogus online blogs," Kemp adviser Cody Hall was quoted as saying in an Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) December 18, 2023 article (archived here).

"The moon landing was real, Bigfoot does not roam the forests of North America and the 2020 election in Georgia was not stolen."

Misrepresented letter

Alexandra Hardin, a paralegal with the Georgia State Election Board (SEB), told AFP in a December 19 email that the body has only received two letters from Kemp -- neither of which verifies claims of more than 17,000 "invalid" votes in 2020.

The letters, one sent in November 2021 and the other in July 2022, ask the State Election Board to look into Rossi's allegations about Georgia's election results. The latter is signed by Evan Meyers, Kemp's deputy executive counsel.

"The Office of the Governor does not have the authority to investigate election matters; such authority resides with the State Elections Board," he wrote. "I ask that you contact Mr Rossi and review his claims to determine whether any consideration of such claims by the Board is warranted."

The body was scheduled December 19, 2023 to discuss a case "recommended for referral to the attorney general's office" about 2020 tabulator results in Fulton County, a Democratic stronghold home to Atlanta (archived here).

But Hardin told AFP the case was "continued from today's meeting and will be heard at the next SEB meeting," adding that she "cannot speak to investigations that are ongoing or have not yet been presented to and disposed of by the Board."

Citing a statement from board member Sara Ghazal, 11Alive News reported the case "focuses on apparent discrepancies between the initial recount totals reported by Fulton County on December 2, 2020, and the corrected vote totals released the following day." The Atlanta TV station noted there "is also a related case question regarding ballot images" (archived here).

While the source of the figure shared online is unclear, it appears to reflect an error officials reported during a recount and subsequently corrected during a verification process known as reconciliation.

Mike Hassinger, a spokesperson for the Georgia secretary of state, told 11Alive that Fulton County submitted an incorrect number in early December 2020 that was off by about 17,000 before correcting the totals.

Biden beat Trump in Georgia by some 12,000 votes (archived here and here). The state initially certified that result November 20, 2020 and confirmed it after a recount in December (archived here).

The Georgia secretary of state's office has conducted several audits -- none of which turned up evidence of widespread fraud.

"It's 2023, we are still dealing (with) the lies," said Gabriel Sterling, chief operating officer for the secretary of state, in a December 18 X post refuting allegations of more than 17,000 "invalid" ballots (archived here).

AFP contacted the secretary of state and governor's offices, as well as the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, for additional comment. Fact-checking outlets Lead Stories and Check Your Fact have debunked similar claims.

AFP has fact-checked other misinformation about US politics -- including election fraud conspiracy theories -- here.

https://news.yahoo.com/debunked-geor...8NvZrwl4NSUrZ1

"PG A.M.: Trump loyalists resurrect debunked Georgia election fraud claims."

"The lie materialized on Friday afternoon and went viral on far-right social media accounts, just as a federal jury ruled that former President Donald Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani must pay $148 million to former Fulton County election staffers he falsely accused of voter fraud.

The post wrongly claimed that Gov. Brian Kemp’s legal staff notified Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger that more than 17,000 “invalid” votes were tallied in Fulton County in 2020, echoing debunked conspiracy theories that Trump’s allies have pushed for years.

The accusation was quickly repudiated by state officials, but that didn’t stop Trump’s loyalists from spreading it. U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Rome, even used the invalid vote myth to suggest those who called her a “conspiracy theorist” were wrong.

The falsehood was first floated in an unsuccessful pro-Trump lawsuit filed shortly after the 2020 vote.

Kemp’s inner circle is fed up with the parade of lies about the Georgia vote, which President Joe Biden narrowly won.

“Retelling the same lies for three years does not make them true, even when citing bogus online blogs,” said Kemp adviser Cody Hall. “The moon landing was real, Bigfoot does not roam the forests of North America, and the 2020 election in Georgia was not stolen.”

I don't think, I know your entire post is bullshit.
Yes, they hand over information when requested. Your idea these different departments/sections are all at odds with each other shows your lack of knowledge and trumpy view of government. The reason it's collected is so records can be checked/confirmed in situations just like this. If they intentionally wanted to stall.....no, not going to go down your trump path.

We'll let you stay lying and stupid. No one cares about your convoluted trump tale.

You think they just turn things over when the COURT asks?

... They don't... They STALL at every turn.

Especially IF they see a potential problem.
And the "invalid ballots" are a BIG problem for them.

... Fulton County don't wanna show the ballots.
They denyed the first request to produce them.

The appeals court then delayed things even more.

The constant delay surely didn't sit right with
the GA state supreme court - they decided that
"we" had standing in this case - and instructed
the appeals court to issue WHY Fulton County
is not producing the ballots for review.

The appeals court continues to stall - hadn't as-of
last time I checked - even named a Judge yet to
hear the complaint.

... But Gov. Kemp's office has taken a few steps
to do the proper thing - informing Secretary of State
Raffensperger that they counted over 17,000 INVALID
ballots in Fulton County alone. You're lying. Read the article.
"There have previously been claims over the lack of preservation of some ballot images as well. Reuters reported on some of these issues in 2022.

Fulton County officials told Reuters in July 2022 that state law during the 2020 election did not require the county to maintain ballot images. The law was amended in late 2021 to clarify that election superintendents shall "retain copies of all ballot images" prior to giving election material to clerks. The images are public record.
The Associated Press reported in November 2021 that some counties violated state law by failing to preserve electronic images from the original count of ballots. Fulton County was among the counties that acknowledged that images were missing. Georgia election officials told the Associated Press that the counties have preserved paper ballots, meaning the election results are verifiable.

Have to wonder about the rest of the state.

... Are you kidding?

The LIBERAL sites you lads constantly show also told us that
Trump colluded with Russia and the Hunter laptop was fake.

Your LAST sentences there really say it all - don't they?

We KNOW they preserved the paper ballots.
And that the election results are verifiable.

... And "we" have REQUESTED to see 'em!
The GA State Supreme Court RULED that they must produce them!

And yet - they won't show 'em... And have STALLED for almost a year!
(Where you been??)

... Oh, and they DID violate state law. ... Voter Fraud!

And the SLOPPY counting - "human error" ...

... Let's see the ballots... WHY the stalling??

And you still have not answered the question. If the ballots are given to whoever is requesting them, what will they be looking for in order to prove fraud?

... Sorry there, mate... Didn't see yer question before.
And it's a good one.

The ballot issue outstanding is "fraudulent ballots" - which is
the counting of ballots collected that were supposedly sent in
- mail-in and absentee - that DO NOT "look like" actual ballots
that were sent thru the mail-in process... No creases or folds
on them, and they seem to be from a copy machine.

There were people there who signed sworn statements to this.
That is what started the complaint.

Georgia state law sayes that ballots are subject for review.
So a Group of citizens simply wanted to get clarification
and inspect them... Just to be fair. ... Maybe this
"ballot copy" thing is untrue.... So we'll take a look
and find out. But the Secretary of State Raffensperger
(a Republican) said "Nope" - for some odd-reason.

So the Group appealed - and the appellate surely stalled the
measure - and the GA state Supreme Court stepped in and
said - "They have STANDING to see the ballots if they wish."

So the appellate court has been stalling since April.
Refuses to name a Judge to FORCE Fulton County - where this
happened - to PRODUCE THE BALLOTS. ... One stall after another.

This has been 3 years.... You may remember President Trump
and His people were in dispute with BOTH Raffensperger and
Gov. Brian Kemp about this - and allegations of voting machine errors.
Right after the election.

President Trump wanted Raffensperger to produce the ballots.
Trump wanted to actually have a Judge review everything, but
Raffensperger STALLED this - not onley wouldn't produce them
- but wouldn't even have a Judge look at the evidence.
(I mentioned this in me previous thread)

No wonder Trump said - "then just find me 4,000 ballots."

Gov. Kemp was up against the 6 January deadline.
So I believe they INTENTIONALLY stalled things,
because they were fraught with worry that a Judge
might just put a HALT to the state's certification.

Or even ORDER a "re-do" of the Georgia election
IF fraud was found. ... Which is why Trump had
another "alternate" set of Georgia electors
at the ready (which is legal) just in case
a Judge decided that.

This would all come out at Trial - but there won't be one.
If Trump was a liar and a cheat about this - He wouldn't
BE WINNING by 6 or 8 points.

And you'd think that just to shut a bloke like me up - if the
ballots actually ARE true and correct - they'd just produce them.
WHY the stall?

... Have the news media of BOTH stripes there to also inspect them.

WHAT could be more fair than that??

.. You understand it was during the phone call?
Which is NEVER been played in its entirety.

And the other phone calls about this.
Why haven't they been played??

Not just the bits and pieces Raffensperger leaked
to the liberal media - ALL of the calls.

Why do you think that is??

No doubt Trump's barristers will have them played
at trial...

Which is why there won't be a trial.
You'll notice Fani Willis keeps mentioning 2025
for some odd-reason... If even THAT soon.

... But back to the ballot issue at hand.

Let's inspect the ballots!

Ridiculous

Why this, why that, what about this, what about that...

You need to focus on Trump interfering with the 2020 election. He was a candidate. He shouldn't be doing any interference.

... Almost forgot - you lads are AWARE that Georgia DID overcount
4,000 extra votes for Biden, yes?

... Called it "human error" in counting machine tabulations.

Maybe those are the 4,000 votes Trump was looking-for.

What is Trump doing calling election officials at all ?

That is not part of the election process. It is interference.

And all your posts here indicate you know nothing. It's just:

- wait for the real story
- why this
- what about that
- something must be wrong
- proof will come
- what are they hiding

I have done multiple searches and can find nothing to support your claim that there was a request to view fraudulent ballots. I would appreciate it if you would cite a link supporting your claim.

Here is how Absentee/Mail-in ballots are handled in Georgia:

"Absentee ballot return envelopes are printed with an oath which must be signed by the voter. A voter must also provide the number of their driver’s license or identification card. Election officials confirm the oath was signed and compare the voter’s driver’s license number or state identification card number to the voter’s registration information. Ballots with missing information or information that does not conform to the voter’s record are rejected."

What you are suggesting is next to impossible, especially at a level that would overturn the election. Duplicate ballots is impossible. The ballots were reviewed several times and were found to be valid. Any further review would be a waste of taxpayer money, as it was in Arizona. It's just another avenue that Trump supporters want to go down which will turn out to be a dead end.

And do not forget that both Raffensperger and Kemp were staunch Trump supporters. And do not forget that Trump condemned both men for not supporting his fraud claims and campaigned heavily against them in their 2022 reelection bids and both men won handily. So much for Trump's influence in Georgia. And Trump supported Herschel Walker got beaten in the Senate race. I predicted Arizona would back Biden in 2020 but I did not see Georgia going blue at all.

I'm also interested as to why you believe there will not be a trial in Georgia.
